Kohli is on the verge of achieving world record
Virat Kohli, the Indian vice captain, could become the fastest player to score 7000 runs in the ODIs. Kohli is now just 19 runs short of reaching the 7000-run mark in ODIs.
Currently, AB de Villiers holds that record. The South African reached 7000 ODI runs in 166 innings. Kohli is now at 6981 runs in 160 outings.
