TRIPLE 9

Triple 9 is an upcoming American heist-thriller film directed by John Hillcoat and written by Matt Cook. The film stars an ensemble cast featuring Casey Affleck, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Anthony Mackie, Aaron Paul, Norman Reedus, Woody Harrelson, Kate Winslet, Clifton Collins, Jr., Michael K. Williams, Teresa Palmer and Gal Gadot. The film is scheduled to be released on February 26, 2016 in United States by Open Road Films.

PLOT:

The film follows a group of criminals and corrupt cops who find themselves in serious trouble. The Russian mafia is blackmailing them, and the only way to deal with them is to perform what is believed to be an extremely challenging heist. Impossible as it may seem, however, they eventually hatch a plan: on one side of town, half of the crew will plan the murder of a rookie cop named Chris Allen (Casey Affleck), and while the rest of the force is distracted by a 999 call ("officer down"), the other half of the corrupt cops will pull off the job.

DANGAL

Dangal (English: Act of Public violence) is an upcoming Indian biographical sports drama film directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The film is produced by Disney Studio India. The film stars Aamir Khan portraying the role of Mahavir Singh Phogat, who taught wrestling to his daughters Babita Kumari and Geeta Phogat.^[3] Geeta Phogat was India's first female wrestler to win at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, where she won the gold medal (55 kg) while her sister Babita Kumari won the silver (51 kg).Dangal is the native name of a wrestling site in Hindi which is popular in India. It has also regional names like Kusti and Pehlwani in India. Dangal is scheduled to release on 23 December 2016. The music for Dangal will be composed by Pritam while lyrics will be written by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
         

Aamir Khan is all set to shed 25kgs for his upcoming film Dangal. Interestingly, it's for the same role that he'd put on the extra weight.

 Kit Harington is bound and determined to make us believe that he’s not coming back for Season 6 of Game of Thrones. First he told BBC Breakfast that he’d only “heard” that Season 6 would be “very exciting.” Now he’s telling Digital Spy that his character is not only dead, but he hasn’t personally filmed for the show “in a while.”

In the interview, which may have been meant to focus on Harington’s upcoming turn in Doctor Faustus but which somehow gets off track, Harington was blunt.

People didn’t want me to die, but he’s dead. So there you go, everyone has to get used to it.​

He insists that his involvement in Season 6 will be minimal, suggesting that if he was seen on set, it was mainly to film a funeral.

I haven’t done Thrones in a while. I had quite a lot of time off last year. I’ve been taking it easy. And relaxing. When I realised I was doing this, I had a few months to prepare for it, and something like this takes some working through before even getting into the rehearsal room.​

Previously, Harington was seen on set during filming of a major Season 6 battle scene. Filming on that sequence wrapped in October, after the production had been shooting it for longer than it had shot any other scene in the history of the show.

It’s been over two months since filming wrapped on that scene. Assuming it really was the last thing Harington filmed, I suppose that qualifies as “quite a while.” And his refusal to do any press during the filming period, or even to show up for award shows, counts as “rest.” He’s probably not technically lying in this interview, but to twist a famous phrase from another series, “An actor never lies, but the truth he tells you isn’t the one you think you hear.”

“I think I always kind of wanted to go, from the first year, really,” Malik tells Lowe. “I never really wanted to be there in the band, I just gave it a go because it was there at the time.”

But 23-year-old Englishman “instantly realized” the group wasn’t for him when he felt unable to contribute musically. “I realized I couldn’t put any input in,” Malik says. “I couldn’t give my opinion on this or that because it didn’t fit the grain of what we were or what we represented.”

So Malik continued  writing on his own, and says his bandmates attempted to make it so he felt more satisfied creatively. “I think the boys kind of knew — in terms of the music — that wasn’t my cup of tea,” the singer admits. But when it came time to talk to Harry, Liam, Louis, and Niall about exiting the world’s most popular boy band, none of the guys attempted to sway his decision.

“They obviously didn’t want me to leave, but they couldn’t talk me out of it at that point,” Malik says. “I’d already made my mind up.”

The facility will be available to tourists free of cost for 30 minutes at any time of the day during their visit, an official release said.

Udupi MLA Pramod Madhwaraj launched the 24x7 facility at a function at the beach yesterday.

He said the duration of free WiFi access would be extended later.

The service is being provided by BSNL, supported by the Centre's Digital Drive Initiative.

Madhwaraj said the Malpe beach committee had spent Rs 80 lakh for beach development works last year. Work on road development had also been taken up at a cost of Rs five crore over the years, he said.

The actor will reportedly start rolling for the Hollywood film after he is done with his upcoming film Kodi and Vetri Maaran's Vada Chennai

It seems like Bollywood is not the end for Dhanush. It is now rumored that the actor will next act in a Hollywood film alongside Kill Bill actor Uma Thurman. 

The film will be directed by Iranian-French filmmaker  Marjane Satrapi. The comedy adventure movie is based on Romain Puertolas bestselling debut novel The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir Who Got Trapped In An Ikea Cupboard.

The film follows a wild storyteller from New Delhi who falls in love with a woman when he reaches Paris, but accidentally gets deported along with a group of African refugees against his choice. 

The film also stars Alexandra Daddario, Barkhad Abdi and Laurent Lafitte, according to a report published in Variety. The Bandit Queen star Seema Biswas is also part of the stellar cast of the movie, touted as Satrapi's most ambitious project till date.  

The actor will reportedly start rolling for the Hollywood film after he is done with his upcoming film Kodi and Vetri Maaran's Vada Chennai.

Dhanush has also made his mark in Hindi film industry through his films Shamitabh and Ranjana. Also, international recognition is not a new thing for the actor. He has made the headlines for his song Why This Kolaveri Di? Which took the world by storm. The song was composed by his close friend Anirudh for the film 3.

What is Li-Fi technology?

Li-Fi technology is a ground-breaking light-based communication technology, which makes use of light waves instead of radio technology to deliver data.

Using the visible light spectrum, Li-Fi technology can transmit data and unlock capacity which is 10,000 times greater than that available within the radio spectrum.

The visible light spectrum is plentiful, free and unlicensed, mitigating the radio frequency spectrum crunch effect.

The future internet

Li-Fi technology will in future enable faster, more reliable internet connections, even when the demand for data usage has outgrown the available supply from existing technologies such as 4G, LTE and Wi-Fi. It will not replace these technologies, but will work seamlessly alongside them.

Using light to deliver wireless internet will also allow connectivity in environments that do not currently readily support Wi-Fi, such as aircraft cabins, hospitals and hazardous environments.

Light is already used for data transmission in fibre-optic cables and for point to point links, but Li-Fi is a special and novel combination of technologies that allow it to be universally adopted for mobile ultra high speed internet communications.

A dual use for LED lighting

The wide use of solid state lighting offers an opportunity for efficient dual use lighting and communication systems.

Innovation in LED and photon receiver technology has ensured the availability of suitable light transmitters and detectors, while advances in the modulation of communication signals for these types of components has been advanced through signal processing techniques, such as multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO), to become as sophisticated as those used in mobile telecommunications.

An integrated communication solution

Li-Fi technology is being developed into a ubiquitous systems technology, consisting of application specific combinations of light transmitters, light receivers including solar cells, efficient computational algorithms and networking capabilities that can be deployed in a wide range of communication scenarios and in a variety of device platforms.
