3 EXERCISES EVERY MAN SHOULD KNOW



Start off with 10 push-ups

         “You should be able to correctly execute 10 push-ups. And don’t cheat by using your knees for support — at the very least, a healthy man should be able to carry his own upper body weight.”



5 pull-ups

       “Pull-ups are tougher because you’re carrying your whole body weight. Together, pull-ups and push-ups help shape the muscles in the upper body.”




Run for 20 minutes

       “If you can run consistently for 20 minutes, you’ll get your heart rate up and build your stamina. Running is the most underrated exercise. It actually helps kick-start your metabolism, helps you lose that tummy weight, works those lower body muscles that usually get ignored. Besides, you tend to sweat out all the toxins and that makes your skin look great.”
