Airlift is an upcoming Indian film directed by Raja Krishna Menon, and starring Akshay Kumar and Nimrat Kaur in lead roles. The film is scheduled for release on 22 January 2016. The film is based on biggest evacuation of Indians based in Kuwait during the Iraq-Kuwait war.

2.Saala Khadoos

Irudhi Suttru / Saala Khadoos (English: Final Round / Snob) is an upcoming bilingual sports drama film written and directed by Sudha Kongara. Simultaneously shot in Tamil and Hindi, the film features R. Madhavan in the leading role as a boxing coach, with newcomer Ritika Singh as an aspiring boxer. Both versions are produced by S. Sashikanth for Y NOT Studios and UTV Motion Pictures, while C. V. Kumar's Thirukumaran Entertainment co-produces the Tamil version and Madhavan's Tricolour Films with Rajkumar Hirani present the Hindi version respectively. Featuring music composed by Santhosh Narayanan, the film has cinematography by Sivakumar Vijayan and editing by Sathish Suriya. After beginning pre-production works in early 2013, the film began shoot in July 2014 and finished in November 2014. The film will be released in late January 2016.

Ki and Ka is an upcoming Indian romantic comedy-drama film written, directed, and produced by R. Balki. The film follows a young, married couple whose relationship challenges the gender roles placed upon women and men in Indian society.Initial release in April 2016.

Mohenjo Daro is an upcoming epic adventure-romance film directed by Ashutosh Gowariker and produced by Ashutosh Gowariker Productions and Disney India. The film features Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles and marks Gowariker's second collaboration with Roshan and Disney India. The film is set in the ancient city of Mohenjo-daro, Sindh, Pakistan in the era of the Indus Valley civilisation that dates back to 2600 BC. The film score is composed by A. R. Rahman.

 The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 12 August 2016
